I have fat around my neck and weight was 92 Kg in September 17, I took a TSH test it was 6.95. Then I started playing tennis every day for one hour. Now my weight is 86 and my TSH is 1.90 but I am not losing fat around my neck and double chin. Can anybody advise me what should I do to get rid of double chin?

I can understand your problem, it seems to me you have some sort of double chin which is referred to as submental fat. Submental fat can result from weight gain, aging and genetics. Since you have noticed the deposition of fat beneath the chin recently, I would advise you to have certain life style modifications which may help you get rid of this condition like; 1. Avoid taking excess of fatty meals (veg & non-veg). This will prevent excess of fat beneath the chin. 2. If you are non-vegetarian, you can have baked chicken or fish which contain less fat or meat cooked with less oil 3. Avoid butter or desi ghee, instead use a butter substitute, 4. Drink plenty of water, avoid carbonated soft drinks 5. A regular exercise helps in decreasing the body fat If the above mentioned suggestions do not work, then you may have to consult a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist who is expert in facial cosmetic surgery for possible treatment by Liposuction which is a less invasive non surgical procedure. Another option could be use of Injection Deoxycholic acid which helps to liquefy fat especially from the double chin.
