Hello Sir, I am 57 years old and having both Blood Pressure and Diabetes. For Diabetes I am taking Isryl M2 one whole tablet two times a day one is after breakfast and another one is after dinner. My diabetes is always high 325.0 MG%. And Blood Pressure is 150/90. And for BP I am taking Replace H. Now I am having problems like headaches, weakness and irritation. Please help me doctor what should I do?
