Hello doctor, I am worried about myself and my fiance Yesterday, first time we had sex without condom and we both are virgin. I am so worried about any infection or disease After the sex, my fiance feel the stomach pain and after 2 hrs she feels shivering in her legs and little bleeding (only 1 time). Hello- Nothing to get worried if you both are not suffering from any sexual infection (because you both are virgin so chances are low). Shivering can be due to simple urine infection which can be aggravated after sex. Just ask her to increase water intake and avoid spicy diet for few days. She will be fine. However you still have a chance of pregnancy as the sex was unsafe. Wait till the next menses for confirmation, and thn take any decision. It can also be possible that the sex might not result in pregnancy.
