I am suffering from dandruff and hair fall from past 10 years. I find that the amount of dandruff increases when my hair length increases, so I usually keep on shaving my head time to time, which i, m really sick of doing. So during the time when my hair length is more than 2 inches I observe dandruff even after shampoo on the same day. I'm really worried if i'm washing my hair wrong. Please help me. I usually apply shampoo all over the scalp massage for few seconds and while washing with water I just pour the water on my head and I rinse a little because i'm scared of hair fall. Please give me a solution.
