Hello dear Lybrate user, Warm welcome to I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* Best way for 10 mm stone is ESWL (extra corporeal shock wave lithotripsy), medicines for 3.6 mm calculus with plenty of liquids. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.

Hello any urinary stone larger than 5 mm usually requires intervention for removal, there are several methods of removal like ESWL, PCNL etc so visit a urologist and proceed accordingly just leave a positive feedback if helpful.
