Hi sir, I want to become a healthy and fit man so, I am trying to wake up early and come to the park for walk and the main reason to write message is that, I can't wake up early, sir can you suggest me any idea for waking up early. Thanking you.

For waking up early you must sleep early. Finish dinner by 8 PM and sleep by 10.30 PM and get up by 6.30 AM. 8 hrs sleep is sufficient. You must set up a mental clock and say to yourself before sleeping that you will get up at 6.30 AM at any cost. Slowly you will start getting up.
