Sir, I am student. I having habit to go latrine at 8 to 9 o'clock. But from one month, I have joined weekend class for gate preparation. And it's timing is morning 8 o'clock to evening 8'oclock .so, every Saturday and Sunday we have to left hostel to go coaching at 6 o'clock. At this time, I may unable to do latrine. So fill heavy full day, I get distracted from this. So please suggest me any medicine or etc. Which can help me .and I can easily find that in market. Please suggest.
