When I workout in the morning and come home I feel sleepy and go to sleep every time due to this I can't concentrate on my studies please tell me how can I directly sleep at night.

Take a sound sleep of 7-8 hrs at night preferably from 10 pm to 6 am. U feel energetic and fresh after night sleep. The workout which you do go on gradually increasing the time for the same. Do some meditation also along with workout preferably prior to it.
