I had sex with one women. I insert my penis into her vagina just 10 sec only. I discharged my sperm out side of the vagina. I took hiv test after 6 months of the exposure. The test result shows negative (normal). I am worried about hiv. Am I normal? Am I at risk? Pls tell me.

For now you are normal. And no risk of HIV. But HIV is not the only sexually transmitted disease. There are many others. So yes you are at risk.
