Hello recently I observed that my jaws are bleeding and teeth are becoming yellowish what is the issue and how can I resolve it. Kindly help me with a suggestion.

Your problem is very much suggestive of a gum disease called gingivitis or Pyorrhoea. To confirm it and getting the proper treatment you have to undergo scaling and polishing of teeth and gums. Visit a dentist nearby. Use a prescribed mouthwash and learn proper brushing technique to maintain it for longer. Everyone need the same treatment at regular intervals mostly every 6 months.
