My age is 29 yrs, I had a bp 160/100, after taking Abel 40 10 days now it is 120/80, but although a have a gastric problem my back chest & middle chest is paining, my left arm & under arm is paining. So is it a heart stroke or gastric problem or side effect of Abel 40 tab? I have also having eye sight problem, headache, so please help me.
