Hello sir / madam have you ever noticed that actresses have curved abdomen (side stomach) please suggest how to get that curves?

Take fruits on empty stomach in breakfast, some salad before lunch and green leaf soup in the evening. Stop white sugar and sugar containing packed food. Reduce intake of milk products. Do not drink water 30 mins before and after food. Finish dinner before 8.30 and do not eat anything till next breakfast.
