Hello dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* You can take nutmeg with gallstones. It should be crushed in mixture, add 1 gm of it in 50 ml of boiled skimmed milk.* Any patient with gallstone can take milk for sure, but after boiling not row. Only if you are having intolerance to lactose with vomiting or diarrhea after that, then doctor refuses to take milk otherwise not. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.
