Hi, I am from Delhi, Sir many times around 10-15 days I'm suffering from mouth ulcer. Sir please tell me what to do better for me.

Ulcers are usually caused due to stress, improper diet and vitamin deficiency. Try to reduce stress, have a healthy diet and lifestyle. Take multi vitamin supplements and use a gel for ulcers. I can prescribe them for you.
