In 1st november 2017, my random blood sugar was 347 and next day on 2nd november 2017 fasting sugar was 285. I consulted with physician. He gave me reclide xr60 mg half dose only once in the morning. And after 6 days sugar 2 hour after meals was 139. Then he gave me metformin 1000 mg for 10 days and after 10 days my sugar was 111 (PP). He asked to continue with same dose but I myself took only 500 mg once in a day and after 10 days it was 110 (PP. Then I decide to quit medicine and after 6 days of quitting medicine. It was 140 (PP) .and after next 6 days it came down by 100 (PP. And since then it remains between 100-105 only after 2 hour of meals. Kindly tell me would I be consider diabetic? There is no history of blood sugar in my entire family. Currently I am not taking any medicine and my PP sugar remains 100-105 only.

At present Your blood glucose levels doesn't reveal any problem. Hope you are safe now. Still you need to investigate your BGL frequently. I think you must have taken some steps like exercises/walking/ yog and diet restrictions. Or high BGL at that time might be because of high stress. Now it's stable. You don't need any treatment as it should not go below the level too.
