After that till the date I didn't get my period and I went for test in December end, It came out to be 40. I am very worried as no medicine is affecting me, What should I do? Please help me.

In hypothyroidism you need to take medicines regularly as advised by doctor ,consult an endocrinologist and follow his advice ,do not take or stop medicine on your own.
