Sir/mam generally I eats paratha, some time egg and halwa in breakfast.in lunch and dinner I eats roti with vegetable. Before breakfast I eats 5 or 6 almonds. I drinks normally 6 glass water. My breakfast time is 8: 00 ,my lunch time is 13:00 and my dinner time is 7:30.
I am a 19 year old guy with weight 58 and height 156 cm
then it is right diet for a cit body. please tell me briefly and some food add or subtract from my diet.

Dear diet is varry your condition. This diet is managing diet your weight but you need increase muscle weight.
