I have been really concerned about my weight and health lately. I weigh 45 kgs which is ideal weight for my height and I am really skinny but for some reason I have gained fat in some areas of my body. Namely, thighs, belly and arms. I can not figure out whether I am getting fat or I have developed skinny fat. What should my diet be and what exercises should I be doing to get rid of the excess fat that my body has developed?

Hi, take 5 small meals rather than having 3 big meals, include 2 fruits and 3 serving of veg in a day in your diet, include milk and milk products like curd, paneer etc, have sufficient water, avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, avoid fried and junk food, restrict to 2-3 spoons of sugar in a day, salt intake must be moderate, avoid heavy meals at night, for further details feel free to call me through lybrate.
