Hello Sir/ Mam, I am 25 year old and my weight is 85 Kg. I want to loss weight as soon as possible. Previously I was talking weight loss pills but just before 2-3 month I stopped that. Mainly I want to ask tips for tummy, and waist fat loss Could you please suggest balance diet for weight loss and exercise too.
