My age is about 32 years height 165 cm weight 63 kg about. How much would be a perfect active time for me & how many steps I should complete in a day.

Hello lybrate-user If you are Starting recently then 8000 thousand step a day would be good or 30 min of Cardio { threadmill and cross trainer or cycling } would be a good. If you have been doing workout regularly 10,000 steps a day would be good. Its all about how much your body can take. A step by step method with slow increase in pace would be a good way to be active and less strain on your body.
