Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscles & to strengthen your body you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains like oats, corn, quinoa, whole wheat, brown rice, barley instead of refined ones, more of protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products beans, nuts - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, playing a game, pushups, pull ups, crunches, squats, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week, also yoga to gain strength & build your body - include a protein food with each of your meal & also as a snack in between meals.
