I am a fat guy. I usually don't eat much but it's not getting low. I have been going to gym and exercising daily. Suggest me a diet plan for losing weight.

Hi lybrate-user, Your diet plan generally shd comprise of carbs not more than 50perc and fat not more than 25perc and protein around 25perc of your total energy intake. Also ensure 50perc of all the carbs source comes from high fibre foods like oats, quinoa, bajra, unpolished rice. Fat sources shd be mail healthy fats like ghee, olive oil, avocado oil, flaxseed oil. And proteins from lean meats and egg whites if your non vegetarian else sprouts, paneer, tofu.
