I am going to gym for last 1 month my master says to get protein powder. Is it good for health .If it is good how much can I consume.

Promoting protein powders is the business of gym coaches. They will have no effect unless you improve your food intake. No supplements are required for first 2 years. Once you have achieved basic level of fitness with whole foods, supplements can help to go to 2nd level. But don't depend too much on them. It 80% right food and 20% hard work.
