Hi lybrate-user, you have to follow given schedule for 3 months: wake up before 6 am and sleep before 10 pm do vigorous work out for 1 hr in the morning and 1 hr in evening do 15 min breathing practices drink 2-3 liters water take fresh fruits and boiled veg don't apply too much chemicals overface apply tomato, papaya pulp, aloevera gel over your face avoid fried ,oily, spicy food stuffs do not skip meals.
