Hii doctor I am 20 years old. My problem is that I am not able to fully retract my penis when it is erect. I can only see my penis tip visible after that when I try to pull it start paining and very tight I am not able to see my glans. However in flaccid state it almost retract but not visible to glans. Please sir suggest me something by which I can retract it will create problem in future? And I don't want circumcision at all.

Regular massage with olive oil and try to retract it as much as possible is the only way if you do not wish to go for circumcision.
