My height is 5.3ft before pregnancy my weight was 60 and after delivery it was 75 kg n in last 4 months it increases 85. 3 kgs now my baby turned 3 years she is still feeding n I have to restart my career in next 6 months so please let me know how I can reduce it fast. Hello, lybrate-user. I want to tell you that please donot go for any supplements. Anything which is not natural is going to harm you in someway or the other. Go for a balanced diet. Initially you need to reduce a little of your calorie intake for weight loss to happen and since now your baby is 3 years old you should try to stop breastfeeding her and hence reducing calories won't hamper your child. Go for a high fibre diet, add lots of veggies, include whole grains, include nutrient rich food like dates, flaxseeds, amla etc and these will make sure you are not compromising with your health even while losing weight. Make sure you a hydrating yourself properly. Include atleast 30 mins of Any physical activity. I am sure you will lose weight.
