Dear Lybrate user. Health is more important than anything else. What you need is time management and a flexible attitude to overcome your anxiety. I mean, you have to be determined to crab the examination but at the same time be in the attitude that 'I will do my level best and if I fail try harder for the next attempt ' which will give you you a great amount of relief and relaxation. Break your study times into one hour at a stretch. Have a little walk after every one hour of study or distract yourself by doing some other task or have a nap. It will not help you in anyway to stay long with books without understanding. Wish you all the best.
