I am 175 cm in height and I think I'm slightly over weight which is 81 kgs ideal weight for 175 cm is 70 kgs and I need to burn 11 kgs and I don't know from past 2 years my cheeks and below the chin area! I'm gaining fat there I need to reduce that too!
