I'm 25 year old male. I had a hidden acne on my nose which I brought it up with warm compresses and popped it 4 days later. The acne was big, but while popping a considerable amount of skin was peeled off. Its all red in that area of nose. I covered it with a bandaid and slept overnight. In the morning I peeled off the bandaid and now the peeled of area is leaking some sort of liquid and it feels cold in the area. What should I do?
