Neuro Problem - I feel pulsating pain in back right side of my head and neck. Usually it's for 4-5 seconds only. It happens mostly when I stand up after sitting, while eating or changing my posture after sometime. Please advise. Medical History - Lower Back Pain, Cervical Spondylosis, B12 Deficiency.
