Hello. I am 21 year old weighing 111 kgs. I am eating around 2500-2700 calories per day. But I am gaining fat too fast, unable to get fit into my last weeks cloths. I do not know why I am gaining too much in less time. And also I am dealing with one more problem "sleeping sickness" every time I am sitting on bed tend to sleep in 10 minutes and I am not able to get up early in the morning for workout. I can say I can sleep for 12-13 hours straight away please suggest some tips. Thank you.

Maybe youre not counting your macros intake- protein fats and carbs intake! They should be in a perfect ratio for fat loss! You’re just counting calories but calories comes from carbs fat and protein so you need a well customised diet plan! Let me know if you’re interested.
