I am too fat. I m unable to reduce weight. After pregnancy again I hve put on lot of weight coz of which m unable to Wrk properly. I feel tried my backbone an knees pain a lot. please help me out to reduce excess fat. Thnk you.
dietary changes and lifestyle modification is a must to lose weight. Have more salads and fruits, pulses and fibre rich foods, complex carbohydrates like bajra. Jowar. Cut down on refined cereals. Walk daily for sometime.
Breakfast ? Wheat or Mung (green beans) sprouts and one cup skimmed milk.A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon .A teaspoonful of honey can be added Have it early in the morning.
