Take light dinner always and don't take milk and milk products at night. You can take milk in the morning or evening. Follow this and be happy.

DO not WORRY ,ITS NOT A MUST TO HAVE NIGHT FALL DURING NIGHT ,IT CAN HAPPEN ANYTIME IF YOU THINK ABOUT SEX OR SEE OPPOSITE SEX ,PLEASE DO not WORRY AND EAT NORMAL DIET .its normal ,u wil not be weak ,its just your thinking relax and chill and eat nonveg also.
