I am too weak and not strong. I am trying to eat well but I can't.I am now 16 years old. I am feeling very tender and taking simple thing very seriously. Please suggest me something for gaining strength.

Hey there since your in your teenage years its normally the growing age growth takes place in two dimentional plane ie hight wise n nutritive wise some people get tall first then become balanced while others grow in girth hav fruits n green leafy veggies more in your diet do stretching exercise n deep breathing exercise daily in morning to keep your mind calm have warm milk n 2bananas daily in morning.
