I will recommend you a easy diet plan. Do some exercises Diet Plan..... Morning... Banana shake, Sprouts, Brown Bread with 2 eggs or Paneer stuffed parantha. Lunch.... 1 Soup bowl of Dal 1 Small bowl of green veg 1 Small plate of rice 3 to 4 Chapatti Paneer 100 to 150 in day time Dinner.... Hi, To increase weight, you must go for well balanced healthy diet. Do not fall in the trap if weight gainers. Take ;lots of pulses, healthy carbs and fruits in diet. Eat 5 dates in the morning after 10-15 minutes of waking up and a glass of full fat milk before going to bed.

Dear lybrateuser, - To develop muscles & to increase weight you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods like eggs, milk & milk products, non veg, legumes, pulses, sprouts, peas, soya products, tofu, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, healthy fats as in olive, canola, sun flower oil, avocados, seafood, nuts - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, playing an outdoor game, do pushups, pull ups, squats, moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week - for a good eyesight you have to have a balanced diet, take care of eyes by reading, working in proper light, avoid too much exposure & viewing of gadgets like TV, computers, mobiles, protect them from UV rays by wearing shaded glasses when moving in sunlight.
