I have no illness yet I want to take flaxseed 25 mg, is it harmful for me? And raw or roasted which is better because I am a student so I can consume it raw easily. Please suggest me.

10 mg is enough per day. Raw consumption of flaxseed is better. So if you can take raw go with it.
Market and internet is rife with the health benefits of flaxseeds which is a current market rage. Flaxseed or any other oilseed like sesame, etx are all good for health but over consumption Of these can do more harm than good. If consumed daily just a 2.3 gm of these oilseed is enough to keep balance. Roasted or cooked is better than raw.
