Dear lybrateuser, - To build stamina you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein foods & do regular exercise - have fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, nonveg, milk & milk products such as cheese, yogurt, paneer, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, healthy fats as in olive, canola or sunflower oil, avocados, seafood - have a protein food item with each meal & also as snacks in between meals which help in building muscles & as such your stamina - do regular exercise as per your schedule, also consume a snack before & after your game & exercise sessions like a fruit, a handful of nuts, a glass of milk with chocolate powder, a paneer/ non veg sandwich/ paratha, a cup of yogurt or a glass of buttermilk.
