I am a 26 years old male/105 kg, prehypertensive. Although my BP often falls under normal category, I have severe dizziness all the time. Symptoms worsen after waking up in the morning. Sometimes subside by night time. I was put on B 12 injection and regular supplementation, complete blood profile was entirely normal as well. Please advise.
