I am engineering student and I am busy with my work always but I manage to walk for at least 45 min & some samsung health exercise everyday. Can you suggest me a diet plan to loose 12 kg in 2 months.

It can be possible but for that you have to follow very strict diet. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti brownXatta +salad +curd. C) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. D) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney Suggested supplements:- a) microfruit and cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast b) lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner. C) lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch.
