I have a deficiency of vitamin B 12, vitamin D and calcium. Please advice. Thanks.

I have a deficiency of vitamin B 12, vitamin D and calciu...
Take fresh Indian cow's milk if possible, not packed one. If not available, take 30 mins sunlight everyday for Vit D, eat nuts and seeds for calcium and take Vit. B12 tabs (Methylcobalamin 500 mcg) 1 per day.
