My age 62, weight 87 kg, height 5'9" No previous history, suddenly had a mild heart attack, ECG says left ventricle anterior blockage, sinus rhythm abnormal axis deviation. 2decho says grade 1 left anterior hypertrophy, HT 160/115 kindly give me prognosis Dr. Says it happens due to age. Gave B.P medication and aspirin. During 15 days I reduced calorie intake 65% took prescribed meds. Plus orc multivitamins, walk 15 min 3 times per day. I feel normal now. Is it necessary to take angiography?
