Sir. I used to play basketball. When I was in 12th. Now I am 29. Actually in that time I don't use supporter for penis. I'm suffering for scrotum lumps for past years. (Mere penis ke niche jo gole hai unme bhut variation a gya hai.). And every second day night fall. Night fall problem. And my penis stand at 180 degree and fall in seconds. Early ejaculation problem.
