Hi lybrate-user, Actual Vitamin B12 levels can be up to 900 pg/ml. And high levels of this nutrient is not common. But high levels can be due to various reasons and can indicate some serious illness like disease in the liver, kidney or blood. It is better to consult a general physician at first and then proceed as per his instructions since the underlying reasons differ. Always take a second opinion before consulting any specialist. Hope this helps. Wishing you and your mother a very good health.
