From past many days I feel tired after I wake up in the morning after 7-8 hrs of sleep. Body is not relaxed specially legs and hands. What could be the cause.

Tiredness in the morning is due to improper sleep or due nutrient deficiency. Improper sleep may be due stress, anxiety, depression or any other negative thoughts. So start with nutrient diet and mind relaxing exercises. Avoid late night sleeping. Take good quantity of fruits n milk. Medications: cap riconia g once a day.
