I sleep a lot. 12 hours straight. I am not able to get up from bed even if I am awake, I just feel like sleeping more. I have lost my will power to study which is troubling me a lot. I keep delaying the work I have to do. I do not feel like putting any effort into anything. I have become so lazy. How can I get myself back?
