Hi Sir, From the past two months, I joined gym and was eating 5-7meals per day and felt hungry. However from the past two days, I am not feeling of having anything at all. My diet has reduced to 1_2 meals. I just take liv 52 as a precaution medicine. Please assist.

There are many factors for the decrease in your food intake, some of which may be if your taking any protein supplements recommended by the gym master. Others cud be if your aerobic activity has reduced. Try including clear tomato soup or nay other vegetable clear soup to stimulate your hunger. Consume 2-3 fruits per day such as Papaya, orange, banana, pineapple, straw berries, etc. Also consume buttermilk, coconut water, curd etc to provide you with essential nutrients. Do not have large meals at once. This might make you feel full for a longer time and you end up in not eating for next 4-5 hrs. Hence follow small and frequent meal pattern.
