I having problem from past 4 months. When I eat something it's feel like food stuck somewhere in my throat or chest and gradually passing below or sometime its coming back after belching and heaviness in throat. My weight getting lose. I am not able to eat anything another issue with having chest pain in left ,sometime feel tightness in chest and short breathing mostly during walk. All test like ECG, Endoscopy, x-ray of chest are normal. Please suggest me which kind of disease is this?
