Hi lybrate-user, Will suggest some home remedies to improve all 3 symptoms here: For Cough: 1. Ginger: Ginger is well know know remedy for cough. Ginger relieves from congestion and garlic is known for antibacterial properties. Slice the ginger and garlic and boil it in water for 20 minutes. Pour it in cup, add honey and sip it. 2. Black pepper and honey for itchy and sour throat - Black pepper and honey mixtured is best for itchy thorats. If you are suffering from persistant dry cough then cush some black peper and mix it honey and whenever you feel cough eat one tea spoon of mixture. With cosistent use, cough will be gone. 3. Alovera: Alovera juice is good for passageways. It comforts the breathing. If you are suggering form dry cough then extract fresh alovera juice (half cup) and boil it for 3 minutes. Mix some honey and drops of lemon in it and take in it. For Pimples: 1. Baking Soda: Apply a paste of one or two teaspoons of baking soda and a little water. Rinse it off after a few minutes. You can also mix together two tablespoons baking soda, one teaspoon cinnamon powder, the juice of half a lemon, and five tablespoons honey. Apply it on your face and wash after five minutes. Use baking soda on your skin once or twice a week. 2. Oatmeal: Mix one teaspoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon in a cup of cooked oatmeal. Rub this mixture over your skin. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Do this once or twice a week. 3. Lemon Juice: Rub a slice of lemon on the affected area and leave it for a few hours before rinsing your face with water. You can also mix lemon juice with rose water in equal amounts and use the solution to wash the affected area thoroughly. For weakness: 1. Add one teaspoon of honey into a cup of milk and drink. This will greatly help you get relief from weakness. 2. Eating three to four ripe bananas after meal will provide you with a good amount of energy. 3. Boil a cup of milk mixed with two or three figs. Now, eat those figs and drink that milk. By doing so, you will not only improve your energy level but it will also increase the amount of blood in your body. 4. Mix equal quantities of sugar & sonamukhi powder (an Indian herb) and have it in every morning and every night before going to sleep. Hope this helps. Good luck.
