I am taking 3H Smart acupressure bed therapy from today. They told me some kind of FIR (far infrared rays) are used in this. So please tell me will this be helpful for treating Psychosis, depression, anxiety, heavy head, constant headache, panic disorder etc (suffering from last year with symptoms mostly at its peak? Or this thing only works for physical diseases?.. And also tell me is there any side effects to this like it will burn my body from inside or these rays will effects my body organs? I am scared to this also... Will this thermal therapy help me in healing or not?
