I have proper food, I exercise regularly, I have 3 to 4 litres of water every day, still Always have gas and acidity, can I know why?

Because the amount of acid produced in stomach can not be completely controlled by exercises water is good to take .bit it does not have healing power to give you relieve in acidity. You have to take medicine for it. I will recommend you to take homoeopathic medicine which has no side effect. Consult online for treatment.

For gas and acidity issue, have foods like oatmeal, banana, glass of milk, green vegetables. Amla is a good source to curb acidity. Try to have dinner 2-3 hours before going off to sleep.
